发病部位:好发于头颈部、躯干、四肢的皮下组织。

鉴别诊断:
3.肌周皮细胞瘤: 以胖梭形细胞围绕血管中心生长方式为主,区带现象不明显。现在认为肌周皮细胞瘤与肌纤维瘤属于同一肿瘤的不同表达谱系。
4. 富于细胞的孤立性纤维性肿瘤:以血管外皮瘤样生长为主,无区带现象,免疫组化染色表达CD34和STAT6。
