概述：
发病部位：肾脏
诊断要点：
2.肿瘤位于肾髓质中央，总是单发，无包膜但边界清楚（可见内陷的肾小管），棕褐色，质软，黏液样，常伴有灶状囊性变；
3.典型病例细胞呈巢状或条索状排列，间隔宽度较一致的分支的纤维血管间质；
4.肿瘤细胞可呈上皮样或梭形，被细胞外黏液样物质松散地分隔（似透明胞浆），细胞核圆形或椭圆形，染色质细腻，核仁不明显；
5.间隔可以较薄，其间见规则分枝的鸡爪样毛细血管，或较厚的纤维母细胞条索鞘样围绕中央的毛细血管；
6.边缘常呈浸润性生长，可见肾单位内陷；
7.肿瘤具有多种组织学类型：
黏液型：以透明质酸聚集形成的无细胞区为主：
硬化型：以骨样的透明变性的胶原为主：
细胞型：与儿童其他类型的小圆细胞肿瘤相似；
上皮样型 (小梁状或假腺泡样)：与肾母细胞瘤相似；
栅栏状、纺锤状和席纹状排列者与其他肉瘤相似。
